I am back here today to present you this mid-season look perfect for this time of the year when the weather is mild while still being windy with chilly night.
This outfit is based around this pair of slouchy boots. this particular type was very on trend this winter and will still be for next winter. We saw multiple variations as I am showing you here. The over the knee style from Isabel Marant, the open toe from Michael Kors and a vinyl texture from Saint Laurent. These massive boots created a buzz because of Rihanna’s picture on Instagram wearing the famous cristal ones from Saint Laurent (worth 8000€). The brand’s sales exploded, leading to a waiting list before the shoes were even available.

As for me, I directly spotted this trend on the runways and wanted to get it for myself. Even though it took me almost 1 year to find my perfect pair, in faux mat leather, pointed toe and triangular heel. Everything without ignoring my modest budget. I found THE one on the American website Akira, but I had to pay customs charges when they arrived. For today’s look, I wanted to wear them with a flower printed fluid dress to celebrate spring. When I shot this look, the weather wasn’t so nice, so I decided to wear a straight coat, but it can be easily substituted by an oversize blazer when the weather gets warmer.

Curvy tip: is you are afraid to be drowned by the dress and the massive boots, you can join them with a skinny pair of denim to mark your pretty figure!

I really hope you enjoy this look as much as I do, thank you so much for reading, don’t forget to react in the comment section. I’ll get back to you guys soon, bye !

XOXO Luana
